Social media community guidelines

Our social media community guidelines explain how ACT Government moderates and monitors social media accounts and channels including comments from the community.

The ACT Government social media accounts are managed by 9 ACT Government directorates. This includes:

  • ACT Health Directorate
  • Canberra Health Services
  • Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate
  • Community Services Directorate
  • Education Directorate
  • Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate
  • Justice and Community Safety Directorate
  • Major Projects Canberra, and
  • Transport Canberra and City Services Directorate.

We monitor the accounts Monday to Friday, between 9am – 5pm. We may refer questions about specific ACT Government program or topic to the relevant directorate. This will help us get you the best response.
