Explore our free professional learning to help early childhood educators focus on respectful relationships and gender diversity using the Early Years Learning Framework.

The learning program helps early childhood educators:

  • understand anti-bias approaches in the early childhood education and care profession
  • explore anti-bias goals
  • create learning environments where all children, educators and families have a sense of belonging.

The Teaching Quality Institute has accredited the 14-module online program for 5 hours.

Each module has an explanatory video, a 2-page workbook and reflective questions.

How to access online learning

New users need to first complete the registration form. Allow a few days for your registration to be actioned. If you have any technical issues, email EDUPeopleCapability@act.gov.au.

You'll already have a HRIMS log in if you've completed the Mandatory ACT Government eLearning:

  • Keeping Children and Young People Safe
  • Restrictive Practice.

Log into your account and search 'anti-bias' to find the program.
